I arrived in Venice today.  We took a water taxi (really nice boat) from the airport to the apartment.

I really like the floors here, very colorful.  Oh yeah, that's Mom living it up in First Class.

Today We went to the Friari church and the Ca' del Oro.  Venice is very pretty even if it was raining

today.

The weather was much better today.  We went to St. Mark's Square, where we saw the Doge's

Palace, the Bassilica and Harry's Bar.  We also walked across the Academia Bridge..  My favorite

part though, was checking out the view from all the way up in the bell tower in the square.

I've got some new teeth coming in and wasn't feeling very well today, so I stayed home with Mom

and Dad well everybody else went out to Murano and Burano.  Luckily I was feeling better by

dinner, so I got to see the chocolate steak Suzy and Rich ordered.

I felt much better today.  We went to the Naval Museum, which Uncle Rich really liked and then we

went to the Ca' Rezzonico and saw how people lived in the 1700s (rich people anyway).  Along the

way, we got to see somebody pulling into their "garage."

Here's a picture of my new Italian girlfriend.  She came over and gave me a kiss, but Dad was

too slow with the camera.  There are also some pictures of Mom's boquet, the cool bathroom

with built in shower, and the Alps.
